Race That's Good for Life

Be a part of the 31st annual Oak Park Runners Club -- Race That's Good for Life and enjoy one of the Midwest's finest events of its kind. From world class runners to first time athletes, the Race That's Good For Life offers an extremely fun, fast, flat course with chip timing and 5-year age group awards. Each woman who finishes the 5K will receive a flower!. It's not just for fast runners either, we welcome walkers in the 5K event. Bring the whole family! The kids can compete in either the 1 Mile Youth Race (for kids 7-12) or the 200 Meter Junior Jog (for kids 7 & under).

Running is one of the few sports the whole family can compete in. We recognize that with special Mother/Daugher or Father/Son competition categories.

No fooling! There is a lot happing at the Race That's Good For Life on April 1, 2012.
